What This Course Does

Foundations is not deep emotional reconstruction.

It is pattern recognition.

In this 4-week live course you will:

     • Understand why emotional reactions feel automatic
     • Learn how belief patterns shape your experience
     • Recognize your personal reaction cycle
     • Identify triggers without shame
     • Practice interrupting emotional spirals
     • Experience the difference between reacting and responding

You begin shifting from unconscious reaction to conscious awareness.

 Most people attempt change without understanding the structure of their reactions.

Foundations gives you the clarity required to recognize:  

     When you are reacting
     Why you are reacting
     What belief is active

Course Outline

Week 1 – Alignment — Your Natural State

You will begin by understanding the foundation of alignment itself. In this first week, you will learn that your natural state is already one of peace and calm. Alignment is not something you must create — it is something you return to when the mind is no longer influencing perception.

  • The difference between neutral experiences and the thoughts that arise about them 
  •  How thoughts can pass without influencing your experience
  • How awareness allows you to observe thoughts without attaching to them
  • A simple practice for observing thoughts in everyday moments
Outcome: By the end of this week, you will begin recognizing when you are experiencing alignment and when the mind has started influencing your perception.

Week 2 – Judgment and Evidence Gathering

This week explores how the mind begins linking present experiences to the past. When the mind judges, compares, or needs to be right, it begins gathering evidence from past experiences to support a particular point of view.

  • How judgment influences the way we interpret situations and people 
  • How the mind retrieves past experiences to support current interpretations 
  • The role of comparison, superiority, and needing to be right
  • How awareness interrupts this automatic process
Outcome: By recognizing how the mind gathers evidence from the past, you begin to see how perception becomes shaped by past experiences rather than the present moment.

Week 3 – Attachment and LES Loops

In this week, you will explore how attachment to thoughts links the present moment to past emotional patterns.
When the mind attaches to a thought, it can activate what we call LES Loops:
 
     L – Limiting Belief - A belief formed in the past that you believe to be true.
     E – Emotional Pattern - The familiar emotional state connected to that belief.
     S – Strategy - The coping behavior developed to manage the emotional experience.

  • How LES loops influence your experience and reactions 
  • How emotional patterns become familiar responses
  •  How coping strategies develop to manage uncomfortable emotions
  • How to identify LES loops in your own experiences
Outcome: This week provides the clarity needed to begin recognizing patterns that may have influenced your life for years.

Week 4 – Returning to Your Aligned Self

In the final week, you will bring everything together. You will learn that alignment is always available beneath attachment. When thoughts are observed without attachment, old beliefs remain dormant and emotional patterns lose their influence.

  • How awareness creates space between thoughts and attachment 
  • How limiting beliefs influence perception
  • How new perspectives can begin to take root
  • What it means to live from your natural state more consistently
Outcome: By the end of the course, you will understand how to recognize when the mind is influencing your experience and how to return to alignment.
