Immovable Inner Peace: Overcoming Limiting Beliefs

A TRANSFORMATIONAL DAY RETREAT
May 10, 2025, 9 am - 4 pm

In uncertain times, your greatest strength is the ability to stay grounded in peace and presence—no matter what. But old patterns and limiting beliefs often pull us away from that calm centre. This one day retreat offers a powerful path back.

Through Lori Brant’s Alignment Strategy and Heather Finlayson Fenton’s mindfulness-based guidance, you’ll uncover and shift the deep conditioning that keeps you stuck in stress, fear, or overwhelm. With their combined expertise in transformational coaching and contemplative practice, Lori and Heather create a supportive, spacious experience for real and lasting change.

If you’re ready to break free from old habit patterns—and reconnect with the peace that’s always been yours—join us.

In this immersive one-day retreat, you’ll be gently guided to explore the limiting beliefs and unconscious patterns that disrupt your peace and hold you back from fully showing up in your life. Using the step-by-step Alignment Strategy, Lori will help you identify and shift the root of these patterns, while Heather will support your journey inward through grounding mindfulness practices, reflection, and movement.

This is more than just a day of self-care—it’s a deep reset. Together, Lori and Heather create a compassionate and focused container where insight, release, and real transformation can happen. You’ll leave not only with tools to stay steady in the face of challenge, but with a renewed connection to your inner clarity, strength, and calm.

Our day will include alternating periods of meditation, guided practice of the Alignment Strategy, mindful movement (gentle yoga/stretching/energy work).
