Fear. Real or Imagined?

Sometimes you can be worried about your future and imagine worst case scenerios that play over and over again in your mind. What you are afraid of is imagined because it has not happened but the effects of these fearful thoughts are real.

What does FEAR do to your body?

Your body reacts as though the worst case scenerio is happening NOW. It physiologically has a negative response to your worst case scenerio thinking. Your heart beats faster, your breathing gets shallower, blood sugar increases and your immune system becomes suppressed. This is all happening right now even though you may actually be sitting in your living room with your feet up.

Imagine the long term impact of fearful, worst case scenerio thinking can have on your body.
